Alpha Omega and their crew were great, response and communication was amazing, their cleanup, knowledge and fast response saved us tons from all of the damage from the hail storm, Jordan and Aaron have been wonderful to work with

I can not say enough great things about Alpha Omega! They provided the proper clean up for a rental home of mine after the last tenants had a rodent problem. Did an amazing job! Jordan communicated through the whole process. And Kiara the technician did a great job the day of the service. As an active duty service member managing a prior home as a rental from across the country. It helps me sleep better at night knowing I can count on the team at Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration. First off, I want to say that Arron and his crew are superb. Courteous, timely, and communicate very well. Nate and Kiara, did a great job and went above and beyond in making sure everything met my expectations. I don't remember the other to helpers names but they did a very good job. And everyone I interacted was just a joy to work with. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

Hello I just wanted to come on here and talk about my distasteful experience with what happened last week. I am not even a customer myself, my neighbor is! Me and my husband had just gotten home and I had my children with me. As I was putting things away in the house the kids were out on the front lawn playing.
