They did some repair work on my mother‘s roof a couple years ago. When we discovered a new leak and rot in the same place, I called three times and never heard back. I finally called a different roofer.
Excellent craftsmanship
The actual work was good and the crew was good, but I have been trying to just pay my invoice for weeks and am getting the run around, not having calls returned, being told that people will reach out and then not being reached out to. I’m literally just trying to pay, it shouldn’t be this hard.
We had a great experience with Andrew and Jorge from the punch crew. They were very professional and explained everything with detail. They were collaborative and took the time to answer our questions and observations. Jorge did a fantastic job completing the maintenance our roof needed. He worked efficiently and left the areas around our home very clean.
