Alpha Omega provided excellent service. Special thanks to Chase, our representative, he helped us navigate the insurance claim and follow up. Made it as easy as possible. Hard to say that when you’re dealing with insurances, but Chase helped us at every step. Our home looks incredible! Needing a new roof? Call A&O and ask for Chase!
Even though my warranty has expired the Alpha Omega team has stood behind their work and fixed a leak on my roof at no cost, I will definitely continue to do business with Alpha Omega.

Horrible! Bad communication, doesn't respond to my email questions. Couldn't even send me pictures of work completed. Regret buying A D.R. Horton home that works with them. Within one year I had a leak on my ceiling back in May 2024 and Alpha Omega came out to repair it, the guy disappeared right after the job without even telling me what happened.
