We are closing in on the one year warranty on our house, and some issues with our roof have been detected. Matt Howarth has been a pleasure to deal with. He is honest and very supportive. Matt addressed the problems personally and made sure they were repaired properly. He has also offered to help us with further actions. Matt Howarth is straightforward and honest in his assessments.
Matt Howarth and Alpha-Omega are the BEST! We were in a due diligence situation with conflicting scopes of work and estimates on potential roof issues. At the referral of a friend for whom he did great work, I contacted Matt. Top Notch when it comes to professionalism, knowledge and customer service. I had a leak in my roof that my local contractor and a different roof company thought they had identified and corrected. After speaking with Matt, he sent his very competent team, Kevin and another gentleman , to my home & they spent hours on the roof to ensure it was sound. After we had some rain, Matt called to see if everything was ok. Highly recommend Alpha Omega Construction!
Elliott and his team did a great job on our house. They were very professional and showed up when they said and worked very hard to make us happy. The painters were the best I have seen. We are very pleased with Alpha Omega Construction Group, Inc.
Elliot was extremely professional and responsive. He came out for a review on Thursday and the job was scheduled for the following Tuesday. The crew showed up on time and everything was clean when they left. I had one follow-up question after the work was complete and Elliott and crew showed up within 3 hours to walk me through it. I highly recommend Elliott and team.
