Joe and his crew did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our family room, stairwell, and walkways in our house. They arrived on time and just knocked it out with 1-2 hours, all while my family was working in the home. The carpet, while old, looks far better than I could have hoped. We even had a chance to talk while they were finishing up and Joe has some very interesting life experiences worth hearing. Great conversation! I would definitely recommend using his services again!

2 weeks later after receiving carpet cleaning, there was STAIN issues, so I contacted the company to resolve the issue and he told me that his work warranty is only 2 days and he can't honor the warranty unless he charges the same price all over again. This house is a vacant rental property and I couldn't visit the house right away to see his work but the company was highly rate on google and Nextdoor reviews so I trusted the company and gave a job.
