Kylynn and Martin came to do my AC tune up, and did a fantastic job. They really knew their stuff, they were professional and super efficient. Definitely recommend, and will call Alpha and Omega with any future issues. I feel like my AC is already working better!
Awesome, diligent, detailed, dedicated, honest , thoughtful and very responsible company. We can not ask for more , we definitely will be calling them back. They were very thorough on the job
Martin and Kilan performed maintenance on our A/C unit. They were professional and knowledgeable. They completed the service in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the improvement in our A/C functioning.
Never explained why he did not install a heat pump system. We had to find out we didn't have a heat pump when another company came to look at our system that was only running on aux heat and drove up our bill.
Martin was great! Same evening service and in this heat it couldn't be beat. Thanks Martin.
