They were honest and fixed my Jeep at a reasonable price.
Excellent staff and management
Worst customer service ever. They don’t respond ever. You have phones answer them. Was trying to buy my daughter a car from them on Facebook and they never responded and next thing I see the truck is sold.
Very disappointed in the service. Both brake lines that were installed by them blew out within three weeks because the tech did not install the part correctly. The first time (drivers side) it blew out, I was on the interstate, and managed to get into a parking lot without accident or injury. I spoke with Scott and he offloaded the responsibility since he didn't sell me the part. He said there wasn't much he could do since they were closing in 30 minutes. On my first Wrangler, i had an oil leak and a check engine light. Everyone I talked to in the Jeep groups recommended Alpha off-road! I took my jeep there and they diagnosed the oil cooler issue, they even had one in stock so that they could work on my jeep right away! I had it back the next day and for a very reasonable price. I will continue to go back to Alpha off-road for any more of my jeep needs!
