I work from home and need my computer 24/7. Alpha Technology group saved me from losing everything I have worked so hard for. My laptop crashed and they had it fixed in record time. I didn't even have to take off work. Don't know what I would do without them!

Wouldn't take my laptop anywhere else. They have full service at Alpha Technology Group. You can bring your computer there to remove any virus or just to make space or upgrade your software. I saw the "blue screen of death" on my laptop and brought it right it. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but they fixed it in no time and were able to save all of my files too. What a life savor!

When it comes to my laptop, I wouldn't let any other company near it. I use Alpha Technology Group anytime I am having any kind of computer issue. All the way from basic updates to tricky virus removals. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. They really know there stuff. They work so quickly as well, regardless of the issues they are fixing. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to cut to the chase and have their computer problems taken care of fast and with ease and maybe learn a little tidbit in the process.

I want to take the time to thank the guys @ Alpha Technologies for repairing our laptop computer. We though it was dead and we were going to have to replace it, but thanks to the Alpha guys we are good to go. Thank you again

If you have a problem with your computer, this is the place to take it to be fixed. The technicians are very experienced and knowledgeable. I will never take a computer to another repair shop. Usually, the technician at other shops is actually just a salesperson telling you that your computer can't be fixed, but they can sell you a new one. I've never had that happen at Alpha Networks.

My computer stopped working all of the sudden and I didn't know who to call. Thank goodness Eric at Alpha Networks was there to help! I got my computer back the next day and I couldn't be happier. They are my new go to computer repair shop!
