They were very rough with my nails and made me bleed, no care whatsoever. They did not care and I’m upset my nails still hurt bad.

I've frequented this place before which wasn't all that great. I took a chance and went again today which will be my last. I came in for a pedicure; I received the bare minimum of interaction with the older lady that was preparing to do the pedicure. I waited for a minute to see if she would offer the deluxe or anything more than the regular pedi. She never offered me the menu like my money wasnt good. I have visited this salon in the past and recently came in to get nails done. Several times I had no problems with my nails. I decided to get nails done on Wednesday and was not pleased at all the male tech/ owner. Gave me a gel set and I was not pleased with how they looked. Polish started chipping on two nails and the gel finish on nails were not cleaned and complete. It looked a mess. I was very disappointed and came back next day to have it corrected. I came here and simply asked if they had hybrid polish or dip and the man was short tempered asked me, “what’s that?” And I explained that it’s just nail polish that has a protective coat and lasts longer than regular polish. He even said that they didn’t have dip- which I understood. Didn’t even recommend anything to me and crossed his arms with his eyes straightforward. This place hasn’t been the same lately.
