Very friendly, Tracey does a wonderful job
I wish I’d read the reviews before going here. I went for the third time to get a pedicure and the woman doing it was very unfriendly. She was also rough and didn’t do a very good job. It was weird because I had a pleasant experience the first two visits. The customer service was very poor. I won’t be going back. It was not a relaxing experience.
I called to make an appointment while I was getting an oil change across the street. He said to come right over & he would take me in. I walked over & then he expected me to sit in wait because someone walked in before me. What was the point of calling to make an appointment? Horrible costumer service.
My first time I went there yesterday the woman did a nice job on my nails other few time I went back the vibes where off never went back not going too ... I hate being in a fake atmosphere smh... and ppl judging ppl...
