Wish I could give a negative star. I tried to give this place a shot because it is close to my house. I was also ready to spend money on a full set because it had been a long while since l got my nails done. I was assigned the older woman with the frizzy hair. She assumed l wanted no color on my nails. I told her no, and pointed to two gel colors l desired behind her. I have always had a good experience at Alpha Nails. It took me a while to find this nail salon and now I choose no other.
They where so kind there and they even offers some drinks my total for my nails were $70 but they did great!
I Iove my nails. Im new to getting my nails designed and Vivian is the best! I went to another nail salon and my nails were a think Chunky mess and they called the gel. Vivian fixed them and I wont go anywhere else!!
Went to this nail shop twice in one week due to nail chipping. I seen Cindy. On top of that she was slow when I specifically requested someone fast. Went out of town that same weekend after going back during the week to get them fixed and on the way home saw they are already chipping again. I don’t know what polish they use but I’ve never had my nails chip within a week of them being done and on the bottle it says last up to 25 days and mine hasn’t even lasted 5 days.
