I’ve been a loyal customer of Alpha Nail Spa for many years, but the service has declined so much that I can no longer recommend this salon. The prices are now far higher than other salons in the area, yet the quality and customer service have gotten worse. I’ve had two scheduled appointments where I still waited so long that I had to leave.
