The nail tech was great and did exactly what I wanted but unfortunately the nail polish chipped within the first few days. I went back to fix it before going on my vacation but the polish started chipping few days after that again...Ended up having to redo my nails while on my trip
Kylie did such an amazing job on my nails, love them 10/10, definitely recommend!
Edit: January 19th, 2026 I did receive a call apologizing. However, to clarify their response to my review about being reached out to yesterday. Yes, I was texted once, however all that was mentioned was asking me to come earlier. It was not mentioned who the message was from, nor that they close at 5pm. I was there a month ago, first time in their shop and it was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect and didn’t feel rushed. My feet are super ticklish and I’m sure I didn't make it easy. Ben was absolute gem, I loved how my feet looked and felt. My friend Emilia was with me and they made sure we were together, and are service was done at the same time. The service was 10 out of 10 for sure. I went to get Christmas themed acrylics nails done and Henry had my vision come to life with these nail designs. Also, he added his own creativity to it which made it that much better! Recommend to check this place out. Will definitely be coming back here again:)
