Horrible experience at Alpha Nails today. I had originally booked with Tony but they passed me off to somebody else since I was a couple of minutes late. The female technician who did my nails did a rushed and messy job. She was rushing and didn’t seem to care about how the nails turned out at all. They are super thick and sloppy. The girl was super rude and in a rush. I had polish all over my thumb and the polish was streaky on my nails. They didn’t care one bit.
I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated. This is not the first time something like this has happened, but before I stayed quiet. I booked an appointment with Jessy and it was confirmed. Then I got a call saying Jessy could not work on Friday and asked me to come Thursday instead. I accepted. Later, I received another call saying Jessy could no longer do my appointment at all because Mary had returned to work. My mom has been a regular here for so long. Recently the staff here especially Jessie and the manager have been rude to her and called multiple times to reschedule and lie to her about who will be doing her nails. It’s very disappointing, her and I will not be coming back here.
Jessie is the best always quick and good service
