Update: it’s the third time in a row that they cancel my appointment with the person I want to get my nails done by. I’m done going to this place moving forward. The last two times I’ve gone and this has happened I have been super understanding and never complained about who I got even though I was unhappy walking out. They gave me a young kid since they always last minute call me and say Jessie or Kevin is not available anymore or not in store. Alpha Nails is, in my opinion, very possibly the best nail salon in London. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, my nails last about a month before I need to get them touched up, and the artwork they can do is amazing! I find the prices fair for the service you get, the salon is always clean and kept looking new, and I give bonus points for how user friendly their website is. I love getting my nails done at this salon, and have been coming for a few years now. Highly recommend.
I like the way Jessie did my nails but at the end of the service checking out, this receptionist young man was very rude and unnecessarily bothering, asking me about my race and telling me I look like a Vietnamese. Definitely Not gonna come again.
Took my daughter here to get a full set for her birthday and felt completely ripped off at the end of her appointment. Upon arrival I asked how much was a full set was told 56.00 ok no problem. Upon arriving to pick her up and pay was advised that her total was 101.00. She received almond shaped French nails w a small hand draws design on one ring finger each.
