I’ve been coming to this salon for years, but unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a specific style and ended up with something completely different. The nails looked nothing like what I requested and honestly turned out very poorly done. On top of that, one of my nails broke off the very next day, which has never happened to me before. Don't waste your time or your money. I used to come here every month for years to refil my nails. I loved them, they lasted, they were a reasonable price, the staff were friendly and my nails always looked great. None of that is true since they opened their new location a few months ago. The prices are unreasonable and they add a charge for everything (want your cuticles cut, that's an extra $5).
