3 of my nails broke within one week of getting them done. Returned to get them fixed and was told they were too busy and couldn’t help me because I didn’t have an appointment. Disappointed.
I absolutely love coming here! 💅 The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They take their time to make sure everything looks perfect, and I’m always so happy with my nails when I leave. The quality is amazing, the salon is clean and comfortable, and they really pay attention to the little details. I’ve been coming here regularly and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for beautiful nails and great service! ❤️✨

I booked my appointment a week in advance, but on the day of my appointment, while I was already on my way, they rescheduled it for two hours later. I was later told they had tried to call me, but the call came from an unknown number and no voicemail or message was left. That does not justify changing my confirmed appointment without first speaking to me or confirming that the new time worked for my schedule. I’ve been going to Alpha Nails for 5 years now. Staff are so friendly, kind and always listen to what I want! So funny and make me feel at home. The final product is always beautiful! Highly recommend.
