do not waste your time with them. I have been trying to get pre-approved for 6 weeks and every week I have been given a new hurdle and information is not being conveyed properly to underwriter. Phone appointments are not being kept and emails being partially ignored. I worked with Susan Adams who was all talk and little action.
My husband and I are first time home buyers. We had some questions about the mortgage process and what to expect. Kurt was so generous with his time; speaking with us for almost an hour. He helped ease our concerns and answered all our questions. We are so thankful for his honesty and approachability.
