I had a plumbing issue, Todd was out of town and unable to assist in person, however he went above and beyond virtually helping me resolve my issue and took time out of his day to follow up. Very grateful for his help. Super professional/courteous service!!
Todd was awesome! I had an issue, he came out and took care of the problem. He is very polite and listens to your problem, so it can be resolved. I highly recommend him for any issue you may have with your rv! Thank you again for taking good care of us!
I have tried several times to reach out to Todd after repairing my rv. He will not responded to my text or will he answer his phone. Needless to say over $500.00 later and i still have no heat. It's really sucks, when all you got to do is answer your phone or text, When asked are you coming back to fix it or do I need to call someone else? Still no response!!! Still no heat!!
I can’t sing Todd’s praises enough! Our furnace went out right when the cold weather hit, and we were scrambling to find help. We called a few other local techs, but their service fees were outrageously high—just to take a look. Todd’s service fee was the lowest we found.
