Todd is a consulate professional in every way. He knows RV systems inside and out, communicates quickly and efficiently, and truly goes above and beyond to help his customers. Our AC went out and due to an inventory delay, Todd let us borrow his portable AC unit while we waited on the replacement! I don't think this is an official service of Alpha, but an amazing example of customer service and professionalism. Had a water leak. Came out and located leak outside and fixed same day. Cheaper than I expected. Would definitely use again and recommend.
