Very unprofessional staff up front. First question asked of me was my insurance and driver's license and Social Security information. Then i was told that i hadn't made deductible on my insurance that i needed to give them money to go towards my deductible couldn't understand why everywhere else is old my co-pay and nobody would explain why . Tried calling to talk to someone and the put me on hold for 10 minutes something is sketchy there i will never go back
Husband was told that he might have cancer I guess because his lab results and symptoms. It took many calls to finally get the referral for an ultrasound. Finally they do it and husband called and said they couldn't find it. They recommend to see an urologist. Well today we went and the Dr. Was surprised to hear that he was told he might have cancer. Dr. Galvan does an excellent job reviewing your blood work and current health status, and designs a program specifically for you.
