Crazy wait time, waited for 1 hour 20 mins for an pre booked appointment.
(5 stars from the experience since 2025, It is very glad to see the management has taken some action on their issues. New staff (reception)are very friendly and always try to do their best. Wait time is still long but the way they handle the situations are highly appreciated.) I had an appointment today at 12:40pm, but the doctor did not call me until 2:00pm. I left work and came in because I was really sick, yet I still had to wait 1.5 hours. I understand doctors are doing their best, but this kind of time gap is not acceptable. Even walk-in patients seem to be going in with 2hour waits, which makes no sense at all. Patients’ time and health should be respected, and I was very disappointed with today’s experience.
Clinic is filled with disrespectful, unapproachable doctors. I walked in the dr's room and the doctor had her back to me. I sat down and she didn't acknowledge me, give me eye contact and wasn't easily understood. Horrible services, rude and arrogant receptionist and doctors. Would not RECOMMEND.
Do not even bother seeing DR MARY. She has no time for patients. I suggest she changes her career as she isn’t a people person. Not to mention I had booked appointment waited 1 hour and half only for her to refuse seeing me as I usually see another doctor who was unavailable. What a joke. The receptionists aren’t great either, make up their own rules and don’t know how to communicate, nor know how to answer a phone.
