I visited the clinic today and was seen by Dr Indra Gandhi. Quite frankly the most traumatising and disappointing experience at a doctor’s ever. She was extremely unprofessional and condescending. Belittling concerns and saying things such as “I do not have time to contact you with your results because I am so busy and I do not even have time for personal things” Will not recommend this clinic to anyone in a million years.
I spoke with Alpha Medical Clinic in Mill Park about an hour before attending regarding an appointment for my spouse. The receptionist took all details and clearly stated that Dr Rasika would be able to see him, advising that a walk-in appointment was available anytime before 1:00 pm. This was confirmed multiple times over the phone. Based on this advice, my spouse left work early and attended the clinic while experiencing significant discomfort, which was already concerning. “I’ve been visiting this medical center regularly to see my GP, and I’m always impressed by the exceptional service. The reception staff are incredibly welcoming and efficient, and the doctors and management always make me feel well cared for. Shocking wait times. I understand doctors are busy, but if you have to consistently wait 1.5 hours from the appointment time either change your processes, or review your services. This is an absolute disrespect to your patients time and day, and is act of a superiority complex. I understand a one off, but this is every time
