Shocking wait times. I understand doctors are busy, but if you have to consistently wait 1.5 hours from the appointment time either change your processes, or review your services. This is an absolute disrespect to your patients time and day, and is act of a superiority complex. I understand a one off, but this is every time
We visited Alpha Medical Centre for the first time and had a really positive experience. The receptionist Masha was incredibly friendly and gave us a great vibe as soon as we arrived. Dr. Arunan was also very kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned about his patients. Thank you for providing such wonderful service.
Long waits even with an appointment. Not speaking English at the reception. Do better.
My family and I have been coming to this clinic since it opened. All the doctors here are wonderful, caring, professional and we appreciate the care they have given us all over the years, but today I want to give a huge thanks to the clinic’s amazing receptionists. They have always gone up and beyond to help my family and myself and do an amazing job. I especially want to thank the lovely young lady I spoke to today. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much I appreciate your help. Keep up the amazing work ladies.
