Dr. Yu is a good physician. The office staff is horrible. I witnessed phone ringing and no one cared enough to answer. One staff member was busy scrolling on her smartphone. Stay away from this practice. You will never be able to get through on the phone for script refills or anything else. FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE
Dr. Santangelo is an excellent Dr. He is very knowledgeable and will take time to explain things. Don't be afraid to ask. I would recommend Santangelo.. Wait times are better in the afternoon as he has to see inmate patients in the am. Try him.
It's really a shame because the doctors themselves are great. The staff is horrible! So unproffessional. Maybe one or two people are easier to deal with but really? You are there to take care of people (especially the elderly) not treat them like garbage!
No issues with Dr. Yu.. But front end staff are rude, and dont give a dam..
