Do NOT use alpha!!! I would go to Nurx instead, they are much better. Alpha only allows you to use your medical insurance on a select few medications, there are many medications that are normally covered by insurance but yet they make you pay full price here. For instance, dermatology medications that are normally covered by my insurance, they would not allow me to use my insurance, and forced me to pay full price. Complete trash service. First shipment was fine like everyone else. After that, impossible to contact and get my second order in. Unable to get any message through to my doctor. Ive requested a renewal 5 times in the past 2 months. Ive now been without meds for 1.5 months. They dont answer the phone. Scam dog water company.
This place is a scam center or something shady. I have a fraudulent charge from this place.I recenttyl replaced my card with a new number how they have my cc information is beyound me. Lots of red flags with this place. I live on the other side of the country. I cant get a response .No one answers the phone or it goes straight to a busy signal. UPDATE: I ended up disputing their charge with my bank & providing detail about my experience. My bank agreed that this company was not entitled to my money. My bank issued a chargeback to the company & then refunded my money to me. I’d recommend contacting your bank if they do this to you as well. This company took my money and then did not actually review my medical case before telling me to get help else where and that there was nothing that they could do for me.
