I'm very disappointed in my dealing with this company. Our unit was installed by Alpha Mechanical less than 2 years. A few days ago it failed. I called a repair technician to do diagnostic testing and was told it was the compressor. I called them to repair the unit but was informed they do not service my area and are too busy to tend to my problem. Now, that wasn't the case when they were bidding for the work we wanted.
