I'm very disappointed in my dealing with this company. Our unit was installed by Alpha Mechanical less than 2 years. A few days ago it failed. I called a repair technician to do diagnostic testing and was told it was the compressor. I called them to repair the unit but was informed they do not service my area and are too busy to tend to my problem. Now, that wasn't the case when they were bidding for the work we wanted. Showed up when scheduled, completed work as promised and everything seems to be working fine...too hot to really test the heater but the AC works great:):). I recommend Alpha Mechanical, to you, for HVAC needs.
Andre and crew did a fantastic job, Removed old unit and installed new the same day. Estimate was reasonable. Kept me informed of schedule for installation and got back to me promptly with answers to questions.
