Just like all of the previous reviews stated, this is the worst run property management company EVER!!!! They are so concerned about what they feel the residents are doing wrong that they completely neglect what actually needs to be done around the complex. Our roof had been leaking, so I called to have someone fix it and never heard back...despite multiple calls. This is the worse company to deal with. They are more concerned with other properties they manage. The apartments on Lilac Lane get little to no help. There is constant problems with gangs, drugs and drunks and vandalizm. when you call to complain they do nothing. If you have a repair you may as well fix it yourself and give them the bill to show why you deducted off the rent. Terrible company to deal with. We had have some very serious problems in our bldg and the communication is terrible. We had a recent fire in the basement and there was water from a damaged pump on the carpet and floor. No one came to fix the pump until a week after the fire and no one has come yet to clean the floor of the water, now we have black mold creeping up the wall and when called the said they would take care of this the next day. One of the worst Management Companies. Their communication and professionalism is far below basic standards of conducting business. Definately mirrors the properties they manage. Yes, the properties themselves have a lot to be desired as well. I would say you get what you pay for, except I am paying a lot towards monthly dues and receiving extremely poor services. Thanks to faulty zoning and old condo acts they have you hung in a noose. If I could sell, I would be high tailing it out of here! Pray for a better market soon!
