Charged for broken boiler, asked for technician report was told it couldn’t be given (illegal) finally received it after late fees had been applied asked for late fee to be waved since they took months reply no response. Gave incorrect end date on lease informed them of this same day, no response. Changed locks on me while I still had a week left on lease, can you guess what happened? No response. This is the most pathetic organization I’ve seen who functions at the level of a monopoly. They are actively worse than any hoa horror story and the fact that they still exist should be a crime. Also when sending out leases it is intentionally flawed to scam out residents.

This is the worst place to ever rent from it's a nightmare the are horrible people take peoples money and leave them on the streets and yes they are the most crooked company ever and on top of that no one to ever talk to there's no office in the apartment complex I live in don't ever rent from them
