Can you please reply to your emails? I can't wrap my head around the fact that such a big real estate company operates in such a perfunctory and sloppy way. Your system has crashed, tenants are confused, and the best you can do is ignore inquiry emails and sit back and relax, letting the system demanding way off money than what the tenant owes you on the rent due day?
I lived in an Alpha apartment in Brighton for four years (126 Warren Street), and it was truly one of the worst experiences of my life. I dealt with roach infestations all four years. The last straw was a rat infestation that took weeks to be addressed, despite me calling multiple times a day. Management never calls you back. UPDATE: Unsurprisingly, within 15 minutes of posting my review, I received a missed call from management. They didn’t leave a voicemail of course, they didn’t email me, and they haven't replied to the review either. They only call when they are panicking about saving face and protecting their reputation, yet they can't be bothered to return a call when a tenant has a rat infestation or is locked out of their building.
