I’ve never personally been a tenant of Alpha Management, but I work with them regularly as a realtor and deal with many management companies across Boston. From my experience as a tenant, Alpha Management has been good to work with. Any concerns i’ve had regarding my apartment have been addressed in a timely manner and all personnel I’ve met with have been extremely kind and respectful. Communications are consistent and direct. Overall, Alpha Management cares to keep tenants happy and buildings managed well.
From a brokerage perspective , their apartment application process is a mess for realtors and their clients. They don't bother to update their listings so brokers have no idea whether an apartment has been rented or not before showing it . Then they will make you wait a week only to let you know your application was rejected. Very unprofessional . After showing their apartments for years I've decided not to bother anymore . We have been tenants here with Alpha for almost 3 years, and it has been a delight. Problems are solved efficiently and we’ve created a lovely home here. Kind and understanding management, most of all, Munpher. An excellent manager and communicator.
I’ve had a really positive experience living with Alpha Management. They’re responsive when issues come up, maintenance requests get handled in a reasonable time, and communication is straightforward. Overall, things run smoothly and I feel like the property is well managed. I’d definitely recommend living in apartments managed by them.
