This is what you can expect from this property: mice, roaches, and management that somehow becomes remarkably unresponsive whenever you have a maintenance request or reasonable complaint — yet communication works perfectly fine when money is due. Alpha management does not care about its tenants. I rented a unit from them a few years ago and every time we had a maintenance issue they would simply never respond. While they might care about more high end units, if you are renting a lower price unit from them expect it to be unkempt and not up to code. They prey on college students in need of housing and buy up properties that need work without ever fixing them. Avoid at all costs
