BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This was the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give them less than one star I would. Alpha leasing sold me a car and within one month needed $1,500 in repairs. Ron Towles was our salesman. He said that I should’ve had my mechanic look at it and not taken his word for it. He said they take every car to their mechanic but they didn’t take mine because he took Lexus of Louisville’s word for it(because he used to work there). RecommendedMy first ever lease, it was a great experience! Bob made the whole process as simple and painless as possible. I wound up paying way less than I thought I would and got a vehicle that met all my needs. Highly recommend, especially if your intimidated by the idea of dealing directly with a car dealer.
You can easily walk into any dealership and lease the car you want and payments you can live with, if you let Alpha do that for you they will rip your head off with add on fees, not to mention it took forever for them to locate a car for me, so after a month of waiting I told Alpha to forget about it and I walked into a local dealer and leased the car I wanted the same day!!
