This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. If your time and health matter to you, do not step into this laboratory. I arrived at 10:30, took a ticket from the machine, and I was there for a gestational glucose test. At 12:30, when it was finally my turn, they told me they would not take my blood because they are only open until 1:00 PM, and there is only one person drawing blood there. They are very very slow. 15 minute for each person take for blod test
The staff was very slow, during a quiet time, it took me 1 hour! But the place was clean

I’m writing this review to share my experience at Alpha Lab, which unfortunately was not a positive one. First of all, the level of cleanliness and hygiene was below expectations and did not feel appropriate for a medical laboratory environment. More importantly, the staff — which I believe is the most critical part of such a place — appeared unprofessional and insufficiently trained.
