Always professional and kind.
The long-standing technician who works here is amazing. I have been going to Alpha labs for a long time and she is always professional, draws blood painlessly, is kind and hard working. The lab itself does at times seem under-staffed, more so now as our community it growing.
Please go somewhere else. My results 3 times have never made it to my doctor. I also had to pay $225 for a test, and then they claimed I left without giving a sample. Their customer service is of no help. I was yelled at on the phone and hung up on. It is also severely understaffed. It is an overall very unprofessional operation.
Service was fast and blood work was done professionally
went in there with my mom wondering if we could do blood work here. the lady at the counter was responding in a very rude way and turned us down immediately.
