Wonderful staff and services. Very experienced and professional. I feel comfortable going there
The nurse and medical assistant (Diana) at this office treated my mother in an unacceptable manner. She simply requested to have her medical records faxed to another office, and the nurse responded unprofessionally, stating that she had many other things to do. Additionally, they failed to answer the phone, despite my mother calling between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. and again five minutes before arriving at the office in person.
