I ordered a custom shirt the first of June of this year and still have not received my order. When I call to ask about my order there is no one there, and none of my voicemails are returned.
They steal your money and then make it impossible to contact them. My fraternity ordered sweatshirts for our newest pledge class over 4 months ago and we still have not received them and have not gotten any info regarding the order despite constantly reaching out to them.
I ordered a shirt in JULY and have still not received my shirt. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks but it is now mid-October. They do not answer their phone or emails. My credit card still has the charge on it and I haven’t received it.
My roommate has been trying to reach them for months because she ordered a jacket in JULY and still has yet to receive it (yes it’s paid in full). They never answer their phones or emails. Truly a terrible store and will rip you off.

Love love love Paige. If you are interested in that personal touch, go see Paige. You can try on the clothing first, see your custom order before mass production. Paige is flexible and went out of her way to accommodate our group's availability to visit her store.
Horrible service. Said it would be 2 weeks and 5 weeks later I have my things but not until calling with no response and leaving several messages. Some items were done last week and said they would ship them that Friday. The UPS tracking number said it was sent yesterday (6 days later). I do not recommend special orders unless you don't need things for a month or two. Miami university
I have contacted this business at least a dozen times and left several voicemails. I ordered a lavalier in September and still haven't received any word on my order. I have spoken with Wright States Greek advisor and needless to say you have lost a whole lot of future business. Your customer service is absolutely pathetic! You don't answer your phone ever. And your phony 800 number isnt fooling anybody. You don't return phone calls. This business is a joke. You clearly have no clue what running a business is really about.
