I met with Scott who was very professional and covered everything. This guy had every certification possible and really knew his stuff. At 55, I consider myself well versed in home construction and mechanics, so its nice to hire someone more knowledgeable than me. And, he showed up right on time, spent 3+ hours and provided detailed report the next day.
Extremely rushed inspection that missed things that I feel should have been found. Example... not a single outlet on the external sides of our house work and never noted in inspection. He was hours late and rushed to get it done. High cost for very low quality
