Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made our repair efficiently and offered suggestions for future maintenance and upkeep we can do ourselves that were greatly appreciated.
It's great to have a local A/C and heating company that is reliable, professional and honest. This is the second maintenance visit since the system was installed. Michael (the same technician we saw last time) is thoughtful and thorough. I always feel that he is acting in our best interest.
Jason was fantastic. He arrived within a half hour of my call. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He found the problem right away. The thermostat was not wired correctly. He fixed it and the heat came right on. He also vacuumed out the furnace and gave me recommendations regarding the venting of the unit to the roof which I am going to have my roofer fix. I will definitely use Alpha in the future if I need service on the unit.
Jason was on time, quick, thorough and explained well his inspection and repairs. Will definitely call Alpha for future repairs. A friend commented Jason had worked on their HVAC and did a great job, too.
