The technician was on time for the appointment and went right to work. He explained what he was doing and kept us posted so that we felt a part of the maintenance of our units and showed us anything that he thought we should see. He was done in very good time. Have to add another five star review here. Jason came out and fixed my terribly sick heat pump, and despite its age managed to get the parts under warranty so I was only charged for labor. He hustled through, efficiently and professionally, keeping me at just an hour labor cost. Office staff were very friendly and easy to make an appointment with. Due to some recent power surges I wanted to have my Mini Split system checked out. I had a surge protector installed. I was very pleased with service Greg H. provided. He explained the maintenance that was done and why it was needed to prevent major damage to the system in the future. The billing seemed fair and I will be doing business with this Company as a regular customer.
Salesman Logan and installers Kyle and David were very friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Installers were quick to come after the contract was signed, had everything installed in one day, and we love our new heat pump. We even stopped by the office afterward and the nice lady there was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
