I contacted Alpha about installing a exhaust fan for a customer of mine. We set up an appointment in which i expressed my customer was driving all the way from California to make this appointment. Talked with Alpha schedulers twice. 1 hour before appointment they call and of a sudden said they dont do exhaust fans. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made our repair efficiently and offered suggestions for future maintenance and upkeep we can do ourselves that were greatly appreciated.
It's great to have a local A/C and heating company that is reliable, professional and honest. This is the second maintenance visit since the system was installed. Michael (the same technician we saw last time) is thoughtful and thorough. I always feel that he is acting in our best interest.
