Hi, I was very happy with David and Kyle the installers. This is the third mini split.. They have put in for me. They were very fast very professional and it looks great. I highly recommend them.!
Have to add another five star review here. Jason came out and fixed my terribly sick heat pump, and despite its age managed to get the parts under warranty so I was only charged for labor. He hustled through, efficiently and professionally, keeping me at just an hour labor cost. Office staff were very friendly and easy to make an appointment with. My wife and I recently had our gas furnace of 19 years, shut down and quit operating. After researching the many excellent reviews of Alpha Heating and Air Bandon, I elected to use their services. As it turned out, we needed a whole new furnace and AC unit. Logan recommended that we go with a Carrier unit, that would heat our house without issue. We took his suggestion. The guys came in and got right to it. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and they were so courteous and patient. They researched the best price and we received a great rebate also! Thank you Alpha Heating for always being there when we needed your help.
Michael was on time and did a thorough check of our system. He fixed the problem. It’s great to have a guy who knows his craft and took the time to explain the fix and suggest ways to make our system work better. We will be using Alpha again.
