The guys came in and got right to it. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and they were so courteous and patient. They researched the best price and we received a great rebate also! Thank you Alpha Heating for always being there when we needed your help.
Have to add another five star review here. Jason came out and fixed my terribly sick heat pump, and despite its age managed to get the parts under warranty so I was only charged for labor. He hustled through, efficiently and professionally, keeping me at just an hour labor cost. Office staff were very friendly and easy to make an appointment with. Hi, I was very happy with David and Kyle the installers. This is the third mini split.. They have put in for me. They were very fast very professional and it looks great. I highly recommend them.!
I have had techs from other company’s come to fix my heat pump3 times, no one seems to know what the problem is. every year the same problem occurs. Jason from alpha heating knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. I am very happy with alpha and would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their heating systems
Annual maintenance done by Michael. He is prompt, friendly, professional, knows what he is doing and wastes no time doing it. He is always respectful of persons and property. I have found him to be not just knowledgeable but willing to explain things in such a way that even I, non-mechanically inclined, can understand. His can-do attitude is one of the reasons I decided to switch to Alpha two years ago. I'm happy that I did.
