Michael from Alpha Heating and Air Conditioning provided annual check and service on our heat pump today. I scheduled last week and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment so soon. Michael was very efficient, friendly, professional and gave me great info on how to maintain our heat pump. The price was very fair. We will happily schedule annual service with this wonderful company!

It's great to have a local A/C and heating company that is reliable, professional and honest. This is the second maintenance visit since the system was installed. Michael (the same technician we saw last time) is thoughtful and thorough. I always feel that he is acting in our best interest.
