My husband has struggled with his depression, anxiety and addiction most of his life. Over the last 10 years he has had a hard time finding a Dr./Therapist/Anyone who he felt comfortable with when it comes to his overall health and mental health. Stephanie Dockins is a genuine, caring provider, who truly made him feel seen and heard. I am very thankful he found the right person finally who can help him.

I started seeing Stephanie in December, and I was extremely depressed and suicidal. Just five months later, my metal health has done a complete 180. I always look forward to our appointments and appreciate Stephanie’s thoroughness, kindness, and support. 10/10 would recommend!!

I cannot say enough great things about my psychiatrist. She is by far the best provider I have ever worked with. She is patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely supportive. What truly sets her apart is her approach to care. She doesn’t simply prescribe medication and hope for the best. I recently relocated here from the Mid west and needed to find a new provider. Alpha Health and Wellness was recommended to me by my therapist. My provider is very thorough and was the first provider to educate me on my condition and to change my medications based on my diagnosis. I am so grateful for her and appreciate the exceptional care I’ve received, thus far. Thank you for being the blessing I needed!

I would not recommend Alpha Health to anyone. At 34 years old, I've lived in a few cities. I've been seen by four different psych offices, each on a consistent basis. I've never experienced worse care than Alpha Health and Wellness, who just dropped me after less than a year due to the following: I was having a mental breakdown, which I haven’t had in over a decade.
