I had an excellent experience during my virtual appointment. Dr.Lucretia was incredibly patient, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She never made me feel rushed and made sure all of my questions were answered before the appointment ended. Called the phone number to book directly with the office rather than online which was super easy and was able to be seen quickly rather than a few weeks out like many other practices. Had my first appt today with Lucretia and she was so wonderful and I'm so happy I found her practice! She was on time (which is huge for me!!) and so thorough. My provider took the time to go over everything that was wrong and addressed how to fix each problem. She took her time with me and I was heard which is different from other providers who rush you through. I will recommend her for anyone who wants a caring and loving provider that is concerned about your health.
