The worst. I have a ten year old poodle with a heart condition. Very timid. They came 3.5 hours early and stayed for 1.5 hrs. It was a 3 hr appointment. A large dog for 175.00 dollars. They washed her fur. No hygienic trim. Her muzzle was not cut. Tail looked the same. When she returned she was trembling. I had to trim her eyes, her muzzle, her rear.
