I came to the shop a month ago and asked if they could get mirrors done for me, they said they could do it, when I came back to get my mirrors done the owner asked if was residential or commercial, I sais residential and he said he couldn’t the job for me and he was extremely rude, I wish they could said in a nicer way, I wasted my time going to the shop.
Got my glass in the date and time they said will be ready
Update: The issues have been resolved Not very happy with this company.. they replaced our back door in our office and left an almost 3 inch gaping hole that has led to bugs, dust, dirt and debris coming into our office. We've been waiting almost a month for a fix because they needed new parts, sent some guys out today and they didn't have the right parts. Extremely upset and not happy with the quality of work.
Doesn't care to work with you. Very rude. They should learn how to do business with people.
