Jerry and his team goes above and beyond! In a time of crisis , (My house got Vandalized) he quickly sent his team to help . Highly recommend them . This is when you know this is a great company to do business with .
I asked for a custom made glass table. They hit the mark and the turn around time was so quick. Great work and customer service beyond my expectations
This company works hard, but unfortunately missed the mark. The company installed a number of scratched units, attempted to rectify the issue but were ultimately unsuccessful. *As a brief response to Alpha Glass' response, I was refunded 40% of the installation fee (~$57), not for the unit price, which was significantly more.
We’ve worked with thus company several times in the last 6 months for our storefront on S Congress. They’ve gone out of their way to be helpful and fairly priced. Thank you, Jacob and team!
Possibly the most painful and disappointing "custom" experience I've had. Top to bottom poor customer service, attention to detail, and execution on all aspects from initial planning to install. After being assured that what we designed could be executed, our frameless shower was installed crooked and un-level, with broken glass, and extra pieces we specifically declined.
