We switched to Alpha Frat Management expecting an upgrade from our last company, but unfortunately, the experience has been the opposite. They often hire unqualified contractors for house repairs and consistently overcharge tenants. Communication with them is also very difficult, and their approach often lacks logic or fairness.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company overcharges for everything and constantly moves your money around, making it confusing to understand what you’ve actually paid. Dealing with AFM has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience, one I wouldn't wish on any parent or student. While perhaps not a Ponzi scheme, their business practices feel designed to systematically extract money from tenants, particularly students who may be less experienced in managing such affairs. I cannot recommend AFM. Our attempts at communication were met with silence on the phone and curt, unhelpful email replies. Most troubling were the persistent, questionable repair charges that appeared month after ... read more
