Great experience. Wanted to send something from LA to an ill friend in Santa Barbara who had just lost her brother. Website was easy to use, they texted me a photo of the arrangement with card ready to be delivered, delivered it the same day, and let me know when it arrived. My friend was thrilled and grateful. I asked AI for a good florist to deliver to Summerland for orchids... It gave me a couple of choices and I chose Alpha Floral ... and very happy I did! The price was right, the ordering seamless, and the addition of the pic prior to delivery was an added benefit. There was immediate email follow-up to a quick question - and best of all a happier birthday to my lil sis!

It's always dicey ordering flowers online, when you can't see the finished product. Alpha Floral solves this issue by texting the client a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. The flowers were perfect. Delivery was quick and the recipient noted how sweet the delivery person was (he even gave her puppy a treat).
