Best gym in Brownsville! Only just with a wide range of machines and classes , one of the best places to workout and feel apart of a community
Rejoined gym after about 5 years! Glad I made the decision to come back as I have already lost a few pounds. I love this gym and enjoy all the classes

I used to hate gyms and working out, but this place completely changed my mindset. The atmosphere is welcoming and not intimidating at all. The owner and staff are incredibly supportive and make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. He takes the time to help you and create a plan that works for you. Now, I actually look forward to my workouts and feel stronger. Highly recommend for anyone who thinks they’re "not a gym person"!
