Hello, I have been trying to cancel for over 3 months. No one answers the phone, I mailed in a cancellation letter as stated in the contract, and also left a note at the front desk with date and time stamped and still being charged. It is now fraudulent charges as they are refusing to cancel membership.

The ledgewood location is a million times nicer and you can tell that's where all the money goes in terms of upkeep and equipment quality. Imagine the gym at your highschool and thats this gym just dirtier and about 90 degrees in the summer because they dont believe in air conditioning

I used to love this place! But i’ve become disappointed and shocked with the unprofessionalism from the ownership and whoever runs their social media. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since late September and have come in person, called, and even direct messaged on instagram. I tried contacting them again yesterday on instagram only to be BLOCKED. I don’t know what to do now because I still haven’t been able to cancel my membership. Looks like we’re all being scammed according to the comments…
