Really fantastic class Nicole. Love the energy you bring to a 5a class. Appreciate the goal setting and pushing on Station 5. JD’s 100th class celebration / burner was well done - the multiple acknowledgements throughout the class really helped to establish that community feel. Love what you are a part of building in Morristown! Will definitely visit again from Westfield!
I just wanted to say that Liam is an amazing trainer—his energy is contagious and really sets the tone for the whole gym. It makes working out here a much better experience.

You must try Alpha Fit, Morristown! There are many locations but this studio is run fantastically. Their coaches and staff are so supportive!
