I used to really enjoy being a member here, which is why it’s disappointing to see how much the culture of this gym has changed. Over time, the environment became increasingly unprofessional and uncomfortable. There was an incident involving the owner and a much younger member that became very public within the gym community, including behavior at a local bar in front of other members. Incredible staff organized clean. You know exactly what you need to do. The coaches are patient and they make sure that your movements are correct. I highly recommend .I will be back.
Alpha Fit Club is the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced athlete or new to working out— the coaches are excellent and the staff is incredibly welcoming. They’ve built a great community and it has quickly become one of the best parts of my day. However, my favorite thing by far about joining AFC is showing off my newly found biceps to my husband so he knows what to expect when he’s acting up. Real talk. Thanks AFC Brick!!! :)
When I walked into the gym for the first time, I was pretty nervous and unsure of what to expect. However those nerves disappeared almost immediately. The members here make you feel comfortable from day one. The atmosphere is so positive and encouraging, and the vibes are unmatched. The coaches are amazing! Always will enlighten your mood. Starting off, Dominque at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Super sweet! Justin was really upbeat and informative and I enjoyed his class! He has positive high energy that keeps the class going. I’ll definitely be going again!
