Dean had installed a automated gate at my facility and it worked well initially. Once the gate did fail and have and issue I contacted him for repair. He was out on vacation for over a month so I tried to use a vendor who he referred and the guy never even showed up after booking an appointment. Once I did speak to Dean again he committed to coming and fixing the gate after his vacation but never showed. I called him and left voicemails and text messages several times while he ignored me. Dean did a great job! Replaced our sad, drooping fence, with a brand new fence with metal poles (highly recommend the metal poles for living in the PNW). Very reasonable quote and took about a week. Would recommend!
