Great experience at Alpha Boxing Club in Wylie! Coach Wes is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping everyone improve. The workouts are challenging, fun, and perfect for building strength, confidence, and boxing skills. I was a beginner but the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. Highly recommend Alpha Boxing Club to anyone looking for boxing training!
I am thankful for Wes and Tanya - they have created an incredible environment for anyone to do some work they would never do if simply going to their local gym. Form and function are imperative - and they ensure you do every move correctly. To the over 50 crowd (and of course under 50) - this is the place to challenge yourself - and get results.
10/10. Great gym, coach, and people.
I think all the reviews speak for themselves. If you are looking for a program with great coaches and guidance… this is the place. The coaching is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping you improve safely and effectively, also the environment is motivating and welcoming, no matter your fitness level, everyone is so nice and helpful.
Best (coldest) cold plunge I have found in the Dallas area. He keeps it <40F and it has jets, which is what you really need to get maximum effect.
