She ran no tests, just sent me on to another doctor. My husband was with me and was terrified that she would not say anything other than, see a specialist. I did see a specialist and he wondered why I was there. I changed doctors at this junction.
Office staff was rude, stubborn, and not helpful at all. It’s a shame, that Dr. White’s practice will suffer because of the terrible office staff. I was assigned Dr White when my insurance changed and rather than the staff (receptionist) facilitating ongoing requests for maintenance of my health, she put up road block after road block. I gave them time to work things through, but getting nowhere, I changed Doctors. My Specialist even attempted to speak with her, but they had no luck either.
