If you could give a negative ten stars that would be more fitting for this place, just like everyone else says they lose your test, and I paid for a label from them so they can't say it's the carrier selection cause they provided that carrier after I paid, lost it, then the rep was super hateful and sent me a replacement kit but no label, I am not paying 15-20 dollars for a new label from them just so they can "lose" it again. This place is terrible and how they stay in business is beyond me.
Received a free test through the state. Including return shipping. Got the results emailed to me quickly. No complaints. Thank you
I ordered a radon test kit through my state health department. USPS delivered the kit to Alpha, and Alpha lost it. The replacement kit did not come with a pre-paid shipping label despite Alpha losing my original kit. I called and they refused to provide a shipping label. Pretty shady practice given the kit was marked delivered and they are the ones who lost it.
Easy process and fair pricing for radon analysis. I followed the clear and detailed instructions provided by the lab and received my results in a timely manner. They process a half million samples a year (per what I read). Clearly, the vast majority of customers are satisfied but don't take the time to write a Google review. This is my second satisfactory experience with AEL. Reach out for assistance as needed and make sure you keep record of your test kit serial number.
It is a blessing for the few who did not get their text results. Let me help you know your results. They are bad results. The moment I realized this company benefits from bad results and will get paid for when work is being done to decrease the levels, I knew immediately that the free test kit I received was a scam.
