I paid for expedited shipping and a rush on my test, but the shipping label never arrived. When I tried to resolve the issue, I found out the company is closed on weekends and their FAQ was no help at all. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for them. Like all the other reviews, AE Labs is a scam. They take your money and give no results. No person answers the calls when you try to call. No wonder they changed the name. New name, but same old scam.
Customer service is lacking (to be polite). Person on the phone was frustrated with us that the company couldn’t keep our information straight. Customer service rep was rude over the phone, and chose to continue being rude after we apologized. Pathetic.
Total cost of test and shipping is misleading. It’s the cost of test and the purchasing of a shipping label. Which you only need one if you have multiple test. This is not indicated anywhere in the instructions. I ordered two test kits. Register them both. Received numerous registration confirmations for the same two test that I submitted. Registration demanded a phone number even though I have provided two unique identifier in the home address and my email address. Why do you neeed/want my phone number?
