If I could give lower! I would!!! Taking pictures of my friend and sending them around to body shame her was completely unacceptable. If that’s how you choose to conduct your business, people deserve to know. The thing about text messages is they don’t just disappear—they can always come back to speak for themselves.
Do you honestly think it's professional or appropriate, as a business owner and trainer, for you and your wife to show up to a water park intoxicated? Even worse, your wife was taking photos of another woman just to body shame her. As a trainer, that's incredibly disappointing. What's even sadder is that you train a close friend of mine, yet you apparently find it acceptable to laugh at women behind their backs. If you’re looking for a trainer who will make fun of your body behind your back, this is the place. I have screenshots with his phone number showing exactly what was said about me. While I was showing up, working hard, and trying to better myself, he was making comments about my cellulite to his girlfriend—and accidentally sent the messages to my husband instead. No client deserves to be body shamed, especially by someone they’re trusting to help build their confidence. I’ll never step foot in this place again.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with Thomas Hyde and see firsthand the impact he has on young athletes.
