Do not use these guys – I have had a serious rodent problem (rats) for about four months. Alpha is terrible. They did not do a full house investigation and totally missed a rat nest in a room we use frequently. And they did not fine other evidence of rat behavior all over the house. Instead, they looked in just one room. Their solution: two bait stations outside the house, nothing in. Well guess what, it didn't work.
