We moved into our rental over a year ago and recently extended our lease for another year. Both Cassie and Kathy have always responded quickly to our questions and have addressed any maintenance issues promptly. One example is the microwave quit working and the heating element in the electric stove was going out. We contacted Cassie. She gave us permission to shop for a brand new stove and matching over the range microwave. As someone who works in the RE industry and works with property management companies on a regular basis, I cannot stress enough how phenomenal our experience was with Alpha Dimension. Alpha Dimension is a great asset for our rental property, from the moment I started using their services I was able to relax knowing that they are taking care of all aspects of my rental home. Cathy and Mark were able to assist me in getting some repairs done by recommending reliable and affordable contractors. They were able to get tenants into my rental in a short period of time and I with Alpha dimentiosns I no longer have to worry about the legal aspects of renting. I definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend this company whether you are renting or buying. Kathy is very professional and helpful. She helped us sell and buy our houses and I will never use another realtor ever. She did good research on the houses we were looking at and was able to answer our questions about every property.
