I highly recommend avoiding this for both renters and property owners. As a occupant of a property managed by this "company" I can say I have never had such lack of communication, poor customer service and service in general. I moved into a property a year ago, a couple wanted to break their lease and it was the exact area my girlfriend and I wanted to move in. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This is one of the most disrespectful, unfair, paper friendly, impersonal, unprofessional, downright horrible companies I have ever done business with. I would run far, far away from doing ANY business with them. They have unfair practices and the owner, Kathy Worley has to be one of the worst property managers I have ever had.
