Had routine dental cleaning. Doctor recommended a night guard dental appliance. We talked about it at length. I was being charged 399.00 for it. My insurance states 70 dollars. I asked why the difference. I was told because the doctor did not write any notes in my "treatment plan". Because the doctor failed to do his job I am being charged more.
They've had multiple lawsuits in the past couple years and lost. See abc for that. Also check out their D- BBB rating for real reviews. Great dentists pulled down by horrible pricing, 4% additional charge on credit or debit, rude desk staff, and disorganization with scheduling. Plus its under constant renovation but it still looks horrible and shotty. Blurry tvs and distorted broken speakers. Best of bucks, no.
