This dental practice is incredibly disappointing. I've been here three times, and each time my appointment has been significantly delayed. I’ve had to wait without any acknowledgment, and it’s frustrating to watch people who arrive after me be seen before me. Today, I had a 3:30 PM appointment and, as of 4:07 PM, I still wasn’t seen. I left at that point. The worst part is that they charge a cancellation fee but can't even manage to respect their own appointment times, let alone communicate if they're running behind. Pessimo atendimento, falei que eu estava com dor em um dente,por isso estava la para poder resolver, eles só me passarem um orçamento de quase $ 6.000 mil dollares e não falaram mais nada nem se quer me perguntou se eu gostaria de fazer o procedimento e como funcionaria, me senti muito mal ,nunca mais volto ou indico essa clinica para ninguem
