To the complainers below: Come on, now, let’s not be complaining as if this happens to everybody who goes to this dental office. Dentists and their staff are very hard-working people. Cut them a little slack … could some of this be a simple misunderstanding or just a “bad-hair-day” on your part? Let’s not besmirch someone’s reputation forever on the weight of just one occasion. Give it a rest!

Dr. Glucksman is terrific; we have been going there for years and years. However, the front office lady is so rude, that we have avoided going in. In fact, after reading the other reviews, we will be considering our other options. It's really too bad because Dr. Glucksman is so kind and so good and so are his other staff.

Whatever you do avoid this dental office. I was a longtime patient with this office with my family. While Dr. Glucksman is a good dentist his staff and receptionists are some of the rudest and most unprofessional people you will ever meet. They have treated me and family with disrespect because of missing an appointment when a child was sick. Long Time Patient – Our family of four has used Dr. Gluxman for about 15 years, which speaks for itself. I don't doubt the claims about the receptionist, but I haven't run into her or had a problem.

I totally agree! – I had to laugh when I read the last review. I was a patient of Dr. Gluckman's several years ago. The receptionist was not just inept, but rude and abrupt. I finally received a letter asking me to find another dentist. Hmmmm, looks like he fired the wrong person.

Worlds Worst Receptionist – I have got to say that I already have a hard enough time going to see the dentist in the first place, but the lady that works the front desk at this dentist office made it 100 times worse for me!!!!! She was super rude and the most un-friendly person I have ever had to deal with at that office. I, for one will not be returning to this location for a teeth cleaning because of her, which is sad because the lady that actually cleaned my teeth was so nice and so was the orthodontist.
